Education and Student Experience
Education and Student Experience supports the delivery of the University’s Education and Student Experience Strategy working closely with the Vice-Principal Education (Proctor), Assistant Vice-Principal (Learning & Teaching) and Provost, and other Professional Services.
The core activities that Education and Student Experience supports include:
- enhancing the student experience
- academic standards and quality enhancement
- student engagement
- regulatory framework and policy development
- curriculum development and assessment policies
- academic misconduct and academic appeals
- support for senior university committees.
Education and Student Experience is managed by Ros Claase (Director of Student Experience) and Nicola Milton (Head of Education Policy and Quality).
